Our villa is home from home - a wonderful place for a family holiday, to get active or just to relax.
The villa is a fully-equipped three-bedroom bungalow in the village of Fons-outre-Gardon in the Gard département, about 20 minutes north west of Nimes.

It has a shady garden and a 10m pool, deep enough to dive in at one end and for toddlers to splash at the other.
It sleeps 7 comfortably in two double beds and three singles, but can sleep up to 9 people, arranged across four rooms, one of which is a separate studio,with a sofa bed and adding a third single as a bunk bed. There is also a 3-person tent to expand capacity or camp under the stars.
The village sits on GR63 and the D1 with easy access within the hour by road to Nimes, Avignon, Pont du Gard, the spectacular Cevennes, the fabulous Camargue, and some of the Mediterranean's best beaches and water sports. It's advisable to have a car, but you can also take advantage of the train and bus from the village.
Ideal for holidays all the year round, including family fun, serious walking or mountain biking, even skiing at Mont Aiguoail in the winter, just 90 minutes away.
House Rules
Please follow these house rules at all times to ensure you have a safe stay.
~Swimming pools are potentially dangerous. Be careful at all times and supervise children at all times.

~The pool must be covered every night after you have finished swimming.
~All children in the garden must be supervised by adult.
~For safety reasons, on leaving the house at any time the windows, doors and front gate must be locked.
~No glass or pottery must be used in the pool area. There are plastic glasses, mugs and plates available.
~No smoking is allowed inside the house.
~Please do not play loud music in the garden. There are no specific hours in which to be quiet but please bear in mind the surrounding neighbours at all times as we have made many friends over the years and do not wish to change that!
~No hen dos or stag parties, the area is quiet and residential..
~No hunting parties with firearms, there is nowhere suitable to keep guns secure..
